Early career opportunities

ISMS.online is a hyper-growth, global SaaS business – protecting organisations around the world. Due to exponential growth we have exciting opportunities, for the right people, to launch or enhance their career in information security. You might be a College leaver or Graduate with relevant qualifications, or someone who already has some real world work experience and is looking to gain more.

The role will complement and support the delivery of ISMS.online, our powerful cloud software service. We will equip you with the skills to help clients implement and maintain their Information Security Management System. Together we’ll help organisations achieve their ISMS goals for standards such as ISO 27001 in a fast and sustainable way.

We are a dynamic organisation with a strong emphasis on growth and progression. We are looking for passionate people with a genuine interest in and awareness of information security.

If you:
  • are a strong self starter
  • have excellent IT skills
  • are a quick learner
  • are confident and analytical
  • have excellent communication skills and,
  • are looking to be developed and nurtured within this field

then a role with ISMS.online might be right for you!

What you’ll be doing:

Our training will enable you to work with customers (almost always remotely) to help them implement and maintain their ISMS. Some will want to simply pick your brains for quick answers to specific questions around ISO 27001, whereas others will rely on you for helping them implement and maintain their ISMS over its lifetime. One day might involve helping a customer define their approach to part of the standard, another could be a health check or internal audit while another might be focused on supporting and developing our education and training content within ISMS.online. It will certainly be varied and fast moving, with the opportunity to make a difference every day.

You will play an important role with our customers and partners, operating alongside our Success Management Team and collaborating closely with other departments like Marketing, Sales & Production.

We are digital by default so candidates need to be very comfortable with technology. We are all about business led pragmatism not perfection.

This role is based within our Head Office in Falmer near Brighton.

The attractive salary and package for the full time role will include:

  • Salary £22 – £27K dependent on experience
  • Success based bonus plan
  • 20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) increasing to 26 over time
  • Opportunity for share options in future
  • Pension contributions
  • Free on-site parking and excellent public transport links
  • Casual dress
  • Cycle to work and other schemes

Note: We are an ISO 27001 certified organisation, trusted by our customers, partners and others for what we do.
