We are looking for more people to come and join our growing team of 50 plus staff, all of whom collaborate in a hybrid or remote working model to look after many hundreds of customers and partners.

If you are straight out of university or perhaps a career changer with some relevant skills and experience, we’ll equip you to implement world class management systems, audit them in line with recognised standards and continually improve them too. The management systems are usually based around information security standards like ISO 27001 and cyber frameworks like NIST, or privacy standards & regulations such as ISO 27701 and GDPR. Whether it’s helping a customer at the start of their journey, or improving their management system over time, the work is varied and exciting. One day you’ll be assisting in an implementation of our management system for a small business. Another might be conducting internal audits for a larger enterprise, then another might include some product development around new services for evolving standards, regulations and legislation. These are almost always done remotely so little or no travel to customers is required.

We firmly believe in equipping people to do their job well and alongside our powerful software service we have introduced a new educational service too. The Academy is a new programme with a key objective to find and develop new talent to work alongside our existing team, and work with customers & partners to achieve their goals with

Depending on your level of experience when you start with us, you’ll go through our initial Academy programme over a period of about 12 weeks. There you’ll be taught what you need to know around the standards, regulations and related topic areas, as well as achieving mastery of our platform to make a positive difference quickly.

Crucially from day 1, you’ll also be in your team POD, enjoying hands-on action learning with experienced colleagues who work with our platform, our customers and partners every day. And the learning doesn’t stop at 12 weeks, it’s an ongoing programme where we have training & development with inspirational topics delivered by staff, customers and our expert partners too.

Unlike most organisations, we expect and will encourage some of our management systems, standards & regulations specialists to leave after a couple of years as they increasingly move into expert status. Many will achieve an exciting job straight into one of our customers who will be seeking to hire that skilled role over time. Others may become established consultants in our partner programme as experts we recommend into customers that prefer to contract for it instead.

The roles include an opportunity to work from our Brighton HQ with colleagues for part of the time, especially during initial training. More permanent home / remote working is also available too, based on meeting certain conditions which can be discussed with applicants on a case-by-case basis.

Salaries are dependent on experience, qualifications, and location along with hybrid vs remote considerations and flexible working times. As an indication:

  • Executive entry level starts at £22k p.a. and increases with more experience and qualifications, assuming an ability to add more value to your team and customers
  • Specialist level starts at £30k p.a. assuming at least one-year relevant hands-on experience and qualifications. Specialists with a few years hands-on experience and qualifications can earn up to £55k and proven experts in key subject areas can expect to earn more over time too

These are customer facing roles delivered remotely over webinars and through our software. As such strong English written, and excellent verbal communication skills are paramount. Many of our customers operate internationally so flexible working to support other time zones is also available and within reason expected, to tie in with home working benefits.

You’ll be able to demonstrate a recognised degree such as business, computer science, cyber and information security or work experience and other part time study qualifications in related fields.

We will be offering a route into or from relevant ISACA, CIISEC or similar qualifications and greater rewards will be made available for those who follow that pathway too. If you are keen to earn more and apply for the upper end of the specialist role profile we would expect one or more of these qualifications to be held already. You’ll also show an ability to fast track through parts of our Academy and into unsupervised delivery value add quickly.
