Users not receiving welcome emails
If you’re not receiving emails from isms.online, there are a number of things you can try.
- Check that the email address used to create the account is valid. This can be confirmed by your platform administrators, or we can provide you with that information at email@example.com
- Check your junk/spam folder
- Ask your technical team to whitelist messages from ISMS.online from your email service
If you have not received a welcome email or your welcome email has expired. The forgotten password page can be used to re-trigger your welcome email if you are yet to set up your ISMS.online account.
To ensure that you receive this email, ensure that the suggested checks and procedures have been conducted.
