Users not receiving welcome emails


If you’re not receiving emails from, there are a number of things you can try.


  • Check that the email address used to create the account is valid. This can be confirmed by your platform administrators, or we can provide you with that information at
  • Check your junk/spam folder
  • Ask your technical team to whitelist messages from from your email service

Welcome email

If you have not received a welcome email or your welcome email has expired. The forgotten password page can be used to re-trigger your welcome email if you are yet to set up your account.

To ensure that you receive this email, ensure that the suggested checks and procedures have been conducted.
