About the role

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Partner Enablement & Success Manager to grow and enable ISMS.online’s partner ecosystem. This role plays a key part in scaling our partner programme and accelerating how partners deliver value to customers through our platform.

You’ll be responsible for onboarding, and enabling partners, ensuring they understand the platform, our value proposition, and the commercial structure of the Partner Programme. Working closely with partners, you’ll support successful customer delivery through onboarding guidance, platform enablement, and structured success planning.

You’ll also drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for co-selling, co-marketing, and account collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who combines partner ecosystem experience with a strong customer success mindset and enjoys helping partners become powerful drivers of customer outcomes and growth.

The role is based in the UK and applicants will require independent right to live and work in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Onboard, and enable high-quality partners — including consultants, MSPs, auditors, and GRC specialists — ensuring they understand the ISMS.online platform and value proposition.
  • Deliver structured onboarding and ongoing enablement so partners have the knowledge, tools, and access needed to confidently position, implement, and support ISMS.online for customers.
  • Be the primary success contact for partners, helping them build the capability to deliver strong customer onboarding, platform adoption, and long-term success across shared accounts.
  • Provide training and guidance on ISMS.online best practices so partners can support a range of customer needs, from rapid certification journeys to complex multi-framework compliance programmes.
  • Support partners in identifying and progressing opportunities through account collaboration and co-selling with the ISMS.online sales team.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partners through regular engagement, enablement sessions, and joint planning that strengthens partner capability and customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Partner Programme by gathering partner feedback and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to improve partner enablement, resources, and programme effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a Partner / Channel Management role with a track record of building strong, effective partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of success principles: onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and value delivery.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior decision-makers across prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset — you take ownership of your partner relationships, stay organised, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar) to manage leads, track progress, and forecast accurately.
  • Bonus points for experience in information security, compliance, or ISO standards — and/or for experience working with channel partners such as MSPs, consultancies, or other resellers.
